Over the past 20 years, Penntex Construction Company has successfully subcontracted PAINTech Inc. for many of our office and warehouse Projects. Recently we have just completed a very demanding renovation Project for our client, Liberty Property Trust ‘s Corporate Headquarters. We had a very demanding, 26,000 sf fourth floor fit out as well as renovating the other 3 floors (75,000 sf) of the bldg. including new restrooms, lobbies, a fitness center, and a cafe. Paintech continually manned the project well to support our demanding schedule as well as provided excellent painting and wallpaper installations thru out the bldg. and performed them in a professional manner. When we contracted PAINTech to do the work at Blakehurst Senior Living Community we knew they’d do an excellent job. They had already finished Phase 1 exceptionally well.
